Mission

CORE’s initiative is to take the stress out of managing affordable program compliance for property management. We understand the ongoing challenges property teams and senior leadership face with operating mixed use buildings: the misunderstanding (or lack of training) for affordable program requirements, navigating non-compliance situations, the administration burden filling vacancies and recertifing residents. CORE was established to overcome these challenges. This creates a better experience for employees as well as applicants and residents.

Vision

Compliance is tricky. Each program can have different requirements, different income limit sources, rent calculations, application processes, required paperwork, etc. My vision is to help owners & management overcome these challenges by offering training, creating tools to streamline processes, as well as managing the more high level responsibilities such as reporting and rent calculations. By removing these challenges from management’s responsibilities the focus can stay on sales.

Credentials

I help affordable housing owners, developers, and management companies simplify compliance and reduce regulatory risk. With over a decade of experience managing LIHTC, HUD, and tax-exempt bond programs across nationwide portfolios, I've built compliance policies & procedures, led & trained teams, supported acquisitions and new developments, and guided organizations through complex audits and regulatory challenges. My goal is to make compliance practical, scalable, and a valuable part of successful property operations.
